1. Do I need a permit to have a camp or recreational fire?

No, but the fire cannot be more than 3’x3’, and there must be an extinguishing source, such as a garden hose or fire extinguisher, nearby. The fire cannot be closer than 20’ feet to a combustible structure.

Yes, during normal business hours. (8:00 am - 16:00 pm)
