Mayor's court is held every Wednesday at 5:30 pm with check-in starting at 5:00 pm.

Overview

Mayor's Court handles misdemeanor traffic offenses and first time Driving Under the Influence offenses.

Reminders

  • Parking illegally in a handicapped parking space results in a fine of $250.
  • Parking on any street in the City of Fairlawn is not permitted between 3:00 am - 6:00 am.
